Window Display -Process

Here are some process shots from my recent window display for Carmen Jager in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. - June 2018

I was able to use the wood shop of a friend in town who builds boats to cut out my wooden display elements. I cut them out individually and then glued them together with a strong wood glue and sanded and painted them on my apartment deck.

The patterns for the paper cut were first drawn onto heavy weight drawing paper by hand and then cut out with an x-acto blade. This was an ambitious project and after about a month of planning and design, the execution happened very quickly over the course of 2 weeks.
